Sharing & Access

A workspace contains the shared ledger, categories, budgets, keys, and connections.

Roles

Owner — sees and can revoke every API key and OAuth connection in the workspace, and manages membership and billing.
Member — has ledger access but sees and manages only keys and connections they created.

Every new sign-up receives a personal workspace named “Personal”. Invite others from Share Access → Invite.

Agents and workspaces

A key or OAuth connection belongs to exactly one workspace. It cannot see or write to another workspace, even if the authorizing person belongs to both.
