Grok Bot

Give xAI's persistent cloud agent a reusable AgentCents connection.

Grok Bot adds connectors conversationally and can attach them to standing routines, making it useful for periodic reporting.

Setup

Add a custom server called AgentCents at
https://www.agentcents.com/api/mcp with header
Authorization: Bearer ac_live_YOUR_KEY_HERE

Say “custom server” explicitly. Approve the confirmation card, then verify with:

@AgentCents call whoami and tell me which workspace I'm connected to.

Pair it with a routine

Every Sunday at 6pm, call get_summary for the current month and get_budgets, then message me a short rundown: total spent, the top three categories, and any budget over 80%.

Worth knowing

The connector stays on your xAI account and is available to other bots there.
Attach it to a task explicitly with @AgentCents.
